Admission Process

 

Application steps

  1. Complete an application form online (using the Apply Here button above) and submit it to admin@kekulaopiilani.com by February 19, 2027.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email when your application is received. After your application is reviewed, you will be invited for an in-person interview on our campus in February - March.

  3. All applicants are encouraged to attend our Open House on January 21st, 2027. You will get a chance to meet school leadership, teachers, and take a tour of the campus.

  4. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please indicate that on your application. Financial aid paperwork will be forwarded to you and all required documents must be submitted by March 30th, 2027.

Tuition:  $8,000 (2027 - 2028 School Year), Grades K-5

Tuition Payment Options:

OPTION 1

Single payment plan: $8,000 (or Full Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied)

  • A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.

  • Payment for the full balance of $8,000 is due by August 5th, 2027.

OPTION 2

Bi-Annual payment plan: $4,000 (or Half of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied) is due by August 5th, 2027.

  • A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.

  • Payment for the remaining balance is due by January 5th, 2028.

  • A deferred payment plan fee of $25 is applied to each payment

OPTION 3

Monthly payment plan: $800 (or 1/10th of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied) is due by the 5th of the month from Sept - May for monthly payments.

  • $800 per/month (or 1/10th of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied) 

  • A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.

  • Monthly payments for the remaining balance are due by the 20th day preceding.

  • A deferred payment plan fee of $10 is applied monthly

  • $5/per uniform shirt
